No. We are Platinum Shareholders of the Lifestyle Vacation Club. As Platinum members we are permitted to offer accommodation to people as our guest at a substantially less than booking directly with the resort. Also as a guest of a Platinum Shareholder member you receive many of the benefits we do and you would not have access to when booking directly with the resort.

No. The accommodation fee is for the particular accommodation you reserved regardless of the number of guests. The All Inclusive Fee however is a per person charge. Children between 3 and 12 pay half the adult All Inclusive fee. Children under 3 years of age are free.

The closest airport is Puerto Plata Gregorio Luperon International Airport, Dominican Republic (POP). The resort is about 35 minutes from the airport and we provide transportation.
Joaquin Balaguer International Airport is in Santo Domingo, but is 4 hours away and we do not provide free transportation.
Visitors who do not obtain a Dominican visa prior to entry must purchase a tourist card upon arrival to enter the country. Tourist cards cost 10 U.S. dollars, and must be paid in U.S. currency. Citizens of Canada and the USA do not require Visas but still must pay the 10 U.S. dollars upon entry . Check the Dominican Replublic Embassy in the Links page for the latest information.
At least two (2) full days prior to your departure, contact VIP Services located at each resort check-in lobby to make arrangements with the transportation department. Please have all return flight details with you when you visit VIP Services.
Your guests names must be confirmed prior to arrival so that their All-Inclusive fees can be confirmed. They will receive their VIP bracelets when they check in. If the confirmed guests do not check in the same time as you kindly mention this to reception when you check in.
If you should have guests who will be joining you who are not included in the confirmation, they will be charged a daily rate of $80.00 and will be given non-VIP bracelets which will provide highly restricted access to the resort facilities and its amenities.
The resort encourages a relaxed casual atmosphere with a touch of sophistication.
Guests are requested to wear at least shorts and a shirt and/or cover-ups for breakfast and lunch.
For dinner the dress code is casual for the buffet restaurants. The majority of the a la carte restaurants the dress is a more sophisticated casual where as a minimum gentlemen guests are requested to wear long pants (trousers) and a shirt with short sleeves. However if you desire to dress more formally for any restaurant you will not feel out of place.
Yes, most Villas have Internet access. Free internet access is available in the VIP reservation area, all VIP beaches and high speed wireless is available at VIP World. Resort wide paid internet access is available.
Yes, it can be arranged at any time while at the resort.
Power outlets use the Type A/B standard as in the U.S.A. , Canada, Mexico and Japan
The resort and vendors accept only U.S. Currency and Dominican Pesos.
Tipping for service is not required but very appreciated. We suggest using US dollars in denominations of $1 and $5.
There is no specific check-in or check-out day. We offer 4 nights minimum.
The slowest months at the resort are May, September, October, November, excluding Thanksgiving, and the first two weeks of December. This is a lovely time to travel if you like peace and quiet.
The rainy season starts mid November and last until mid March but it is always nice and hot in the Dominican Republic. The hottest months of the year are July, August and September.
We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance to provide you with coverage for unexpected developments that may cause you to either cancel your holiday entirely or interrupt your vacation unexpectedly.
Emergency Date Changes
You MAY be able to reschedule you trip at any time up to the planned check in date for a missed flight or last minute delay. In the event of a flight issue contact the resort for adjustments of 2-3 days. Adjustments MAY be made subject to availability at the resort. If you need to reschedule your trip please do so as soon as possible.
Missed or unused vacation components are non-refundable and non-creditable. Refunds are not provided in the event of an early departure.
