No. The accommodation fee is for the particular accommodation you reserved regardless of the number of guests. The All Inclusive Fee however is a per person charge. Children between 3 and 12 pay half the adult All Inclusive fee. Children under 3 years of age are free.

The closest airport is Puerto Plata Gregorio Luperon International Airport, Dominican Republic (POP). The resort is about 35 minutes from the airport and we provide transportation.

Joaquin Balaguer International Airport is in Santo Domingo, but is 4 hours away and we do not provide free transportation.

Visitors who do not obtain a Dominican visa prior to entry must purchase a tourist card upon arrival to enter the country. Tourist cards cost 10 U.S. dollars, and must be paid in U.S. currency. Citizens of Canada and the USA do not require Visas but still must pay the 10 U.S. dollars upon entry . Check the Dominican Replublic Embassy in the Links page for the latest information.

Your guests names must be confirmed prior to arrival so that their All-Inclusive fees can be confirmed. They will receive their VIP bracelets when they check in. If the confirmed guests do not check in the same time as you kindly mention this to reception when you check in.

If you should have guests who will be joining you who are not included in the confirmation, they will be charged a daily rate of $80.00 and will be given non-VIP bracelets which will provide highly restricted access to the resort facilities and its amenities.

The resort encourages a relaxed casual atmosphere with a touch of sophistication.

Guests are requested to wear at least shorts and a shirt and/or cover-ups for breakfast and lunch.

For dinner the dress code is casual for the buffet restaurants. The majority of the a la carte restaurants the dress is a more sophisticated casual where as a minimum gentlemen guests are requested to wear long pants (trousers) and a shirt with short sleeves. However if you desire to dress more formally for any restaurant you will not feel out of place. 

Yes, most Villas have Internet access. Free internet access is available in the VIP reservation area, all VIP beaches and high speed wireless is available at VIP World. Resort wide paid internet access is available.

Yes, it can be arranged at any time while at the resort.

Power outlets use the Type A/B standard as in the U.S.A. , Canada, Mexico and Japan

Tipping for service is not required but very appreciated. We suggest using US dollars in denominations of $1 and $5.

There is no specific check-in or check-out day. We offer 4 nights minimum. 

The slowest months at the resort are May, September, October, November, excluding Thanksgiving, and the first two weeks of December. This is a lovely time to travel if you like peace and quiet.


  1. As a reminder we are not a travel agency but a shareholder in the Lifestyle Vacation Resort. As such we don’t have an immediate reservation system as would be expected with a travel agency.
  2. Do not reserve your flight itinerary prior to receiving confirmation from us of booking at the resort.
  3. Send us the form below or email your accommodation preferences, along with the dates you desire. We recommend adding a second or third preference for accommodation in the event your primary choice is not available.
  4. Please provide us with the number of adult guests. Children between ages 3 and 12 years and children under 3 years old. The Inclusive fee for children between 3 and 12 is half the adult rate. There is no inclusive fee for children under 3 years old.
  5. We will confirm availability with the resort at which point we will ask you to submit payment for the accommodation rental fee through the PayPal booking system on our website.
  6. Your payment and reservation confirmation will normally take 3 -5 days. Note that the all-inclusive fee is paid at the time of check in at the resort.
  7. Once the availability is confirmed, you can book your flight.
  8. Please provide us with your flight information and lead guest in order that transportation from the airport to the resort can be arranged. If this information is not provided10 days before you travel then we cannot guarantee your transportation and you will have to pay out of your pocket. Ensure you provide the VIP Desk at Check in with your return flight information so transportation can be arranged back to the airport.
  9. Upon arrival and any time during your stay the VIP desk at Check-In can assist you with any questions or problems. Keep in mind that any issues you have with the unit or the resort must be dealt with directly with the resort.

We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance to provide you with coverage for unexpected developments that may cause you to either cancel your holiday entirely or interrupt your vacation unexpectedly.


  • Cancellation of a confirmed booking more than 3 months prior to arrival will receive an 90% refund of the accommodation rental.
  • Cancellation between 3 months and 1 month prior to arrival will receive a 40% refund of the accommodation rental.
  • Any cancellation 1 month prior to arrival and the Service Fee will be forfeited in its entirety.
  • All refunds are subject to PayPal Transaction charges that are the greater of 5% of booking fees or 50USD.

Emergency Date Changes

You MAY be able to reschedule you trip at any time up to the planned check in date for a missed flight or last minute delay. In the event of a flight issue contact the resort for adjustments of 2-3 days. Adjustments MAY be made subject to availability at the resort. If you need to reschedule your trip please do so as soon as possible.

Missed or unused vacation components are non-refundable and non-creditable. Refunds are not provided in the event of an early departure.

 Resort Guest Policy

  1. By making reservation on this website you certify you are not an existing member of Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club. Members of the club must book their vacation directly with club to avoid conflicts of interest.
  2. Any guests that you should wish to join you in resort that are not included in booking confirmation will be subject to a daily charge US$200 and will be issued with a NON-VIP bracelet.
  3. Renters acknowledge that Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club is the owner of the property and the provider of all services to Renters. Accordingly, Renters agree that Members of Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club (NV Resort Vacations) will not be liable to Renters for any failure of Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club (NV Resort Vacations) to provide such services or for the quality of or satisfaction of Renters with such services, and Renters will address any complaints concerning the property or services directly to Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club.
  4. Note that the bracelets assigned at check-in are re-usable and must be returned upon check-out: for each bracelet that is lost or returned broken or damaged, US$200 will be charged per bracelet
  5. Renters will be charged for any keys not returned on checkout
  6. Should the size of your party increase from the number shown on your completed reservation and deposit form and the confirmation of your reservation you will be required to make additional reservations for other accommodations. You will be required to give the names and arrival times of any guests joining you that are included in this confirmation to the reception upon your check in so that they may receive the appropriate resort bracelets.

Resort Regulations

  1. The all-inclusive is mandatory for guests of members.
  2. No pets are allowed in the unit or on the resort property grounds. Violations will result in charges for additional cleaning.
  3. There must be a responsible member or guest of the traveling party of at least 18 years of age present for the entire duration of the vacation. Proof of age may be required.
  4. Only the person on the confirmation may check-in at the property. For any change to the check-in name, you must contact Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club as soon as possible.
  5. Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club reserves the right to relocate a confirmed member / guest in alternative accommodations.
  6. Over-occupancy of the unit size confirmed will result in an upgrade fee and/or refusal of the extra persons from checking-in.
  7. Under Occupancy of a unit can result in the relocation of a confirmed member / Guest reservation.
  8. Renters are responsible for actions taken by children and guests accompanying them in accommodations provided by Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club.
  9. Renters agree to hold Members and Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club harmless and to indemnify and defend Members and Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club for the payment of any claims (including legal fees, costs and expenses) arising out of any bodily injury or personal property damage occurring on the vacation and/or on and/or about the property for any reason including, but not limited to: robbery, vandalism, acts of God, inclement weather, accidents relating to fire or any other unforeseeable circumstance.
  10. Renters agree to indemnify Members for any charges imposed upon Members by Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club as a result of damages to or missing items from the property caused by Renters or their guests. If any damage should occur while Renters are occupying the unit, Renter(s) must notify the Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club customer service department immediately. Renter(s) are responsible for any fees charged due to damage.
  11. Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club and/or NV Resort Vacations cannot guarantee the view from any units or the location of any units within the resort. Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club cannot guarantee a specific location or accommodation requested.
  12. Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club and/or NV Resort Vacations are not liable for any cost incurred due to a cancelled or rescheduled flight provided by an independent airline carrier.
  13. Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club guest access policy: Any member requiring additional guest access to the resort must notify the customer service department 24 hours prior to arrival. All guests are subject to additional fees and Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club also has the right to refuse access or restrict access.
  14. Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club reserves the right to remove members or guests from the resort should their behavior be deemed unacceptable by the vacation club and other members or guests.

Applicable Law

The use of this website and all the transactions (bookings) made on the site shall be interpreted and executed in accordance to Civil Laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes or disagreements between the parties arising in connection with or as a consequence of using this website or any transaction processed through the website must be resolved by a court of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. All the visitors of this website and/or transactions completed on this website are irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Ontario, Canada.

The location of any arbitration shall be Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

The language(s) of the arbitration shall be English.
